    Food- 8/10 I had a double Shack Burger and fries, and my mom had the chicken nuggets. The patties were cooked perfectly and they were juicy. The lettuce and tomato on the burger also made it very refreshing. Their crinkle-cut fries were a nice golden color and they had a nice crisp to them. And last but certainly not least was the chicken nuggets I tried from my mom. The seasoning was very good and the chicken was also very juicy! Very yummy! Service- 10/10 We ordered off of a kiosk but the staff who brought our food was kind. Ambiance- 10/10 The restaurant was clean and had members cleaning tables as customers would leave. The looks of the restaurant were simple and appealing for a burger joint.

    Went here about 3 weeks ago and was dreading picking up an order. But to my surprise, the staff was awesome. They were friendly, welcoming, and created a great experience compared to my past visits. I've been avoiding this place for a while because of the terrible experience I had in the past. Whoever the new hiring manager is, they did an excellent job with hiring new talent. Food was delicious too by the way.

    Had a quick bite after a day of shopping. Service was fast. Place was busy but an attendant was quick in straightening up the tables which I appreciated. Love our burgers, ice cream, shake and fries. Self order counters may need a bit of organizing. The touch screens were a bit hard to use, customers ended up clicking the screen many times.

    Shake shack is basically the same anywhere... a 3-star experience with consistent, fatty and delicious food. This location beats the average by having lots of seating, easy ordering, super friendly staff and a nice outdoor courtyard for sunny days. Order ahead for the best experience.
